Company law

In addition to providing information on general company law, I provide comprehensive advice on the choice of the most appropriate corporate form for my client:
  • the preparation of all documents necessary for the incorporation of the company
  • the drafting of contracts for the sale of shares or parts of shares in operating companies
  • the preparation of minutes of company events (general meetings, shareholders' meetings, etc.) and other legal documents required for the approval of compulsory meetings or changes of company registration
  • drafting documents relating to winding-up
  • in connection with the above, I represent my Clients before the Company Court and before the competent bodies and persons in the case
  • I hold a qualified electronic signature creation certificate and authentication card issued by the e-Signo Certification Authority, I am authorised to use electronic company procedures

Real estate law

Obtaining title deeds, land registry maps, other documents available at the land registry, as a preparatory step for legal transactions.
Representing clients in land registry proceedings in connection with purchase, exchange, gift, maintenance and inheritance contracts, depending on the contract in question.
Preparing contracts relating to beneficial ownership.
In the case of real estate intended to be acquired by foreign private and legal persons, drafting the corresponding sales contract, obtaining the official permits in the case of legal transactions subject to permits, representing the foreign principal before the administrative body granting the official permit and other authorities.

Labour law

Drafting, amending and terminating employment contracts, drafting job descriptions, drafting various employer decisions and measures against employees, providing preliminary and subsequent legal opinions.
Preparing and reviewing contracts of assignment.

I undertake to provide legal advice on all matters requiring consideration in the mazes of law, in the areas of expertise listed on this page. The personal consultation will include an analysis of the case, an examination of the file and a review of all the relevant facts.
Once the facts of the case are known, a considered and responsible legal opinion is formulated based on knowledge of the law and judicial practice. In most cases, I can answer all your questions in a short time and usually find a solution to your legal problem.
I advise my clients to use the service at the initial stage of a case to ensure that they are aware of their rights, in order to prevent a bigger problem. In the context of legal advice, I provide legal opinions and assistance to start a planned lawsuit, to assess the chances of a lawsuit or to develop defence tactics in an ongoing lawsuit. Before signing a contract, I will help you to draft an opinion on the proposed contract.

Work fee

The attorney's fee is a freely negotiable matter, the amount of which is determined in advance, individually and jointly by the parties, with due regard for fairness and equity.
The lawyer's fee typically depends on the complexity of the case, the value of the subject matter and the extent of the lawyer's responsibility.
Given that I am not in a position to indicate the lawyer's fees due to the prohibitive provisions of the regulations governing lawyers' websites, I will send you the amount of the lawyer's fees by telephone or e-mail at your request.
